Inquiries and communication — when you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the contact form, we process your name, phone number, email and the content of your inquiry in order to prepare a quote and arrange transport.
Transport execution — to fulfil a transport contract we process billing and delivery details, cargo information and, where relevant, vehicle GPS location during transport, in order to perform the contract and keep you informed about delivery progress.
Billing and accounting — to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax) we process billing data for the period required by applicable law.
Driver recruitment — if you submit the form on our Careers page, we process your name, contact details, driving licence and experience information and any CV you attach, in order to assess your application. Data of applicants we do not hire is kept for no longer than 12 months from receipt and then deleted without further request.
Cookies and website operation — the website may use technical and analytics cookies necessary for its operation and to measure traffic. You can change your cookie settings at any time in your browser.
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (handling inquiries and executing transport), compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax law), and our legitimate interest (e.g. keeping records of communication for potential claims).
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, and no longer than required by applicable law (accounting and tax records are typically kept for 10 years).
Personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with contracted carriers and partners involved in the transport, the insurer in connection with cargo insurance, our accountant/tax advisor, and public authorities where required by law. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, request correction or completion, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
